JOGA® is the discipline of yoga combined with the science and biomechanics of movement of sport. JOGA® is an athletic-based form of yoga designed to challenge and calm the mind for your game! Each class builds on weaknesses and increasing mobility throughout the body. Sequences are designed to create muscle memory and develop the neuromuscular patterns found in sport. Sessions are not only effective for athletes because of the many benefits of JOGA® but, are also directed by a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor which provides additional and safe, results-driven cuing and modifications.

PRIVATE TRAINING is one of the best ways to see results. Individuals digest information differently along with having personal injuries and limitations that need addressed. Working in a one-on-one session allows for program attention that can't be compared to group classes! $60/session
Group Classes are currently held Wednesday evenings at 5:15pm and Friday mornings at 8:45am
(Good weather classes meet at St. Christopher's Beach. Please bring a mat, water bottle & sunscreen)
TEAM TRAINING is offered for athletes both onsite and in studio. The JOGA® system is designed for, and by athletes. JOGA® offers sequencing that is specific to your athletes programming schedule. Contact me for programming details and to further discuss the benefits of JOGA® for your athletes. I will set up a time for a complimentary JOGA® session and we can then develop and put a system in place that compliments your team/athletes conditioning requirements. Pricing TBD,depending upon numbers and request for sequence timeframe.
